Data processing – scope, legal basis, and purpose

Firstly, the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the contract concluded with you (Art. 6, para. 1, letter b of the GDPR) and the fulfillment of the legal obligations of the data controller (Art. 6, para. 1, letter c of the GDPR).

Secondly, personal data is processed based on a legitimate interest of the data controller (Art. 6, para. 1, letter a of the GDPR) and with your consent (Art. 6, para. 1, letter f of the GDPR).

Why is my personal data used?

Personal data is used for:

  • Performing the contract concluded with you;

You are not required to provide personal data, but failure to do so will prevent the execution of the contract by the data controller.
